To us service is the act of giving without expectation. Like our military or our Founding Fathers they gave and continue to give because they believed in something. Today service is often thought of in terms of speed rather than depth. We are a Financial Services Firm and we do strive to provide excellent service to our clients. But returning a phone call in 24 business hours, answering a question via e-mail in one business day and follow up on doing the things you say you’re going to do are things we view as a requisite for doing business. Clients should expect a bit more from their professional service provider whichever spot on the team that may fill.
True service is proactive. Each client relationship has a rhythm that is established early in the relationship. For us, Service is Leading with Value in both our client relationships and our communities. We are currently working on several programs to improve communication and business flow service offerings as well as our support to the communities and causes that are important to us. So, keep an eye out for communications regarding these new programs on our website, e-mails, LinkedIn and Facebook. We are thankful for you, our clients, and look forward to serving you again soon.
Our values guide us in how we work with individuals. They are:
Being Present - When we engage with our clients we strive to be in the moment. In a world were there is unprecedented pressure on our attentions we feel that “showing up” for our clients means more than just being in the room. We believe that WHY you want to PLAN is more important than the PLAN itself. Being present is the best way to respect someone's most valuable asset, their time.
Lead with Value – A mindset that proactively searches for ways to go a step beyond and give without expectation. As well as helping others to expand their view of possibilities, how they view their money and how they engage with the communities that matter most to them.
Ever Improving Client Experience – We have been and remain committed to expanding and improving our due diligence, work flows, communication and engagement. All in an effort to add value to the client advisor relationship.
Client Goals: To delegate analysis and then work in a collaborative relationship with a trusted advisor regarding all aspects of their financial life.
