To us Service is the act of giving without expectation. Like our military or our Founding Fathers they gave and continue to give because they believed in something. Today service is often thought of in terms of speed rather than depth. We are a Financial Services Firm and we do strive to provide excellent service to our clients. But returning a phone call in 24 business hours, answering a question via e-mail in one business day and follow up on doing the things you say you’re going to do are things we view as a requisite for doing business. Clients should expect a bit more from their professional service provider whichever spot on the team that may fill.

True service is proactive. Each client relationship has a rhythm that is established early in the relationship. For us, Service is Leading with Value in both our client relationships and our communities.  We are currently working on several programs to improve communication and business flow service offerings.
